✨ MKC Jingle & Mingle 2025 – What a Beautiful Day! ✨🎄

 


We had an absolutely wonderful day celebrating the start of the Christmas season at the Djerring Community Hub in Flemington. The weather was perfect, and our hearts were full as our amazing community came together to prepare for the arrival of Lord Jesus. ❤️

The kids had the time of their lives with balloon twisting, fun games, and delicious food—their joy truly made the day special.



The atmosphere was full of excitement, thanks to our talented MC Sharal D’Çosta, who engaged the community so beautifully. A true gem we have discovered! 🌟

We were blessed with Konkani Christmas carols, and a heart-warming Tableau performed by the children and youth of our community. Their effort and spirit brought the true meaning of Christmas alive.

One of the highlights of the day was the endless spread of homemade kuswar, sweets, and bakes—all lovingly prepared by our community members and shared with everyone. What a beautiful act of love and sharing! ❤️

In a humble gesture, MKC gifted every family a take-home box of homemade kuswar, prepared by our MKC committee with lots of care.

Our seniors were surprised with special gifts, and there were plenty of games to keep everyone busy and smiling.

Of course, the star moment was when Santa arrived! 🎅
He handed out gifts to all the children and took non-stop photos—Santa was definitely busy spreading joy!


All in all, it was a truly blessed day filled with love, laughter, and togetherness. We are so thankful for this ever-growing community of warmth and support. 🤗

These awards aim to applaud and honor individuals who have not only excelled in their respective fields but have also made a significant impact on our community. A Successful Evening of Connections at Our First Singles Dating Event!

We are thrilled to share the success of our first-ever singles dating event, which took place recently at Duke of Wellington Pub in Melbourne CBD. It was an evening filled with laughter, conversation, and the beginning of many new friendships. Neel Carvalho, our fantastic MC for the evening, ensured everything ran smoothly, guiding participants through a variety of fun icebreaker games that kept everyone engaged and comfortable. From the moment our guests arrived, the atmosphere was vibrant, with everyone eager to mingle and make new connections. The event kicked off with an energetic round of  Two Truths and a Lie, where participants had the chance to share interesting facts about themselves and guess what was true.
