Melbourne Konkan Community Announces New Committee for 2025–2026
The Melbourne Konkan Community Inc. (MKC) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, 20 October 2025 , at St James the Apostle Community Hall, Hoppers Crossing , where members came together to celebrate the past year’s achievements and welcome a new leadership team for the year ahead. We are delighted to announce Mr. Maxim Rego as the new President of MKC . Having been an active member of the community for many years, Maxim brings a wealth of experience, understanding, and passion for community building. His focus for the coming year will be to strengthen connections, encourage youth engagement, and continue celebrating our rich Konkani culture.
